When you enter, we collect:

Your name and mobile number
Your email address (optional)
Your suburb or postcode
What you're interested in (e.g. ducted, split system, fireplace) — if you tell us
Whether you'd like us to get in touch about your heating & cooling
Whether you're happy for us to contact you about offers and news
Confirmation that you're 18 or over (the prize includes alcohol)

Why we collect it

To run the draw — and to contact you if you win.
To get in touch — if you asked us to, a local Ample Air team member will be in touch about what you're after.
Offers and news — if you ticked “keep me posted”, we may add you to our mailing list and send you offers and news. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we'll never market to you if you didn't opt in.

How we store and share it

Your details are stored securely and are only used by Ample Air to run this promotion and follow up as above. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else, other than what's needed to run the draw (for example, contacting and announcing the winner). Winner details may be shared with our partner Nepean FC for the purpose of the activation.

Your choices — including “do not contact”

You're in control. At any time you can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your details — just call 02 4760 0100 or email enquiries@ampleair.com.au. If you tell us not to contact you, we'll honour that and take you off our lists straight away.

How long we keep it

We keep your details so we can run the draw and follow up. If you opted in to hear from us, we may also keep you on our mailing list and contact you about future offers and news. You're always in control — you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time (see “Your choices” above), and we'll action it.
